Our ship models are not children’s toys and therefore not suited for use by children. BFT1250.nl is not responsible for any consequences when childeren use our ship models.
As guaranteed by Dutch laws, BFT1250.nl uses a 14 day return policy. Costs for return shipping are always for our clients. A product return must always take place under the same conditions as the product was received, meaning the same kind of package and parcel shipping. In other words, it’s not allowed to return a ship model by mail letterbox post when it was received by parcel shipping.
All prices mentioned on BFT1250.nl are prices that include 21% VAT, the VAT rate that our products are under in The Netherlands.
BFT1250.nl always provides you with an invoice, with VAT separately mentioned.
Orders at BFT1250.nl are made official (legally valid) when our automatically generated confirmation e-mail is send. After we automatically send the confirmation e-mail, there is a payment obligation.
We ask you to explicitly agree with these short Terms and Conditions in the last step of our order trajectory.
